Hanz & Franz Wish You A Woo Hoo Friday! Ya!

October 2, 2009

Come party with Hanz and Franz tomorrow at Oktoberfest. We’ll be in the beer garden, on the dodgeball court, eating brats and sauerkraut balls or jumping with the kids on the inflatables.  Heck we might even be on stage with the band playing a little air guitar.  What ever you’re doing, come on over and party with us.

Washers Tournament Added to Oktoberfest Line-up

September 23, 2009

A Washers Tournament has been added to the list of Oktoberfest activities for 2009. For those who have never seen or heard of Washers it’s much like horse shoes except you’re pitching very large washers into a target. Teams of two will compete starting at 12:00 on the playground. Entry fee is $10 per team. Winning duo will each receive a new Oktoberfest logo glass stein. Sign-up forms can be downloaded here.

Here’s a quick video so you get a feel of what to expect.

September 16, 2009

Blessed Sacrament Oktoberfest may not have 950 participants but I guarantee it’ll feel like your up against 950 other people as you get pummeled by the opposing teams.

Download the registration form and start forming your team today. As usual, the winning team gets beverage tickets for each team member to use in the beer garden.
